Upship AI LLC is a software consulting company based in the United States. This policy covers the website at upship.ai and any subdomains we operate.

Right now, very little. This site is static HTML — no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts. The only personal data we collect is what you send us directly via email at joey@upship.ai.
That means:
- Your email address
- Your name (if you include it)
- Whatever you write in the message
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work together. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties.
Where your data is stored
Email correspondence is handled through standard email providers based in the United States. If you're based in the UK or EU, this means your data is transferred to and stored in the US. We rely on this being necessary for responding to your inquiry (legitimate interest under UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as it's relevant to an ongoing or potential business relationship. If you'd like us to delete your messages, just ask.
Cookies and tracking
This site currently sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. If that changes in the future (for example, when we launch interactive features on a subdomain), we'll update this policy and add a cookie consent mechanism before any non-essential cookies are set.
